Requirements include Associate’s Degree in accounting, business administration or closely related field, three (3) years of relevant work experience and experience with billing of public utilities or related billing experience. Salary $25.00 hourly plus benefits. ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT – BUILDING DEPARTMENT. Full-time position. Performs administrative duties and serves as backup to Permit Technician. Prepares documents, answer telephones inquiries, and assist with permit applications. Knowledge of general office procedures and Microsoft Office required. High School Diploma or equivalent and two (2) years of administrative support and customer service experience. Salary $14.00 hourly plus benefits.
