PUBLIC MEETING HELD DURING PUBLIC HEALTH EMERGENCY DUE TO COVID-19

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors (Board) of the Finley Woods Community Development District (District) will hold a regular meeting and public hearing (Meeting) of the Board of Supervisors on May 21, 2020, at 1:00 p.m. to be conducted by telephonic or video conferencing communications media technology pursuant to Executive Orders 20-52, 20-69 and 20-112 issued by Governor DeSantis on March 9, 2020, March 20, 2020 and April 29, 2020, respectively (Executive Orders), any extensions or supplements thereof, and pursuant to Section 120.54(5)(b)2., Florida Statutes.   If the Executive Orders are not extended and the Board is required to meet in person for quorum requirements or otherwise conditions allow the Meeting to occur in person, the Meeting will be held at the Offices of Tommy Williams Homes located at 2563 SW 87th Drive, Suite 10, Gainesville, FL 32608. Information about how the Meeting will occur, assistance connecting to the Meeting or arranging further accommodations for participation, and an electronic copy of the agenda may be obtained by accessing the Districts website at http://finleywoodscdd.com. It may also be obtained by contacting the District Manager at (407) 723-5900 or by emailing gaarlandt@pfm.com during normal business hours.
