Mr. Franklin “Pappy” Roosevelt McHenry, 71, passed away on Friday, June 7, 2013. He was a lifelong resident of Fort White and the son of the late Horace McHenry, Sr. and Evella Sumpter McHenry.
Mr. McHenry is survived by wife, Evelyn Brinson McHenry; daughter, Katonya Michelle McHenry; stepchildren, Emily White (Sam), Jeffrey Davis and Chad Daies; grandson, Jamarius White; sister, Geneva Seaborn, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A chapel service for Mr. McHenry will be held 3 p.m., Saturday, June 15, 2013, at A. Jerome Brown Funeral Home, High Springs, 1560 NW 1st Ave., High Springs. 386-454-1110.
